Using your Initial Needs Assessment, Anthony will develop a program that is tailor made for you. It will include all the core concepts of peak performance you need to improve immediately.

USING POSITIVE SELF TALK TO BOOST CONFIDENCE

There are two kinds of self-talk: negative and positive. Negative self-talk often leads to self-doubt, anxiety, choking, and ultimately under performance. Staying present-focused is critical in the sports world and this workshop will focus on present-thinking strategies and confidence building. Athletes will learn how to increase positive and decrease negative self-talk.

Throughout each competition, athletes consistently find themselves dealing with issues related to their emotions. Anger, frustration, disappointment, self-doubt, etc. are just a few of the many negative emotions commonly experienced by athletes of all ages and ability levels. This workshop will address these commonalities as well as teach athletes several tools they can implement to help increase self-awareness, enhance emotional intelligence, and perform more consistently.
